On June 7th, the 7th Yangtze River Delta Integration Development High-Level Forum was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu. At the meeting, the second batch of 12 Yangtze River Delta Innovation Consortiums was officially released.
The establishment of the Innovation Consortium aims to promote collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region, bringing together universities, research institutions, and enterprises to jointly tackle key technologies. The goal is to break through technical bottlenecks within three years and advance related fields to an internationally leading level. The first batch of Yangtze River Delta Innovation Consortiums was officially released in June 2024 at the 6th Yangtze River Delta Integration Development High-Level Forum.
The second batch of 12 Yangtze River Delta Innovation Consortiums focuses on strategic competitive fields such as artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, and biomedicine. They integrate innovation resources from the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain as well as universities and research institutes, carrying out cross-regional and cross-departmental research on key common technologies and frontier leading technologies. This fosters new industries, new business formats, and new models, strengthens the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, and builds a source of technological innovation.

The Yangtze River Delta Innovation Consortium is led by leading technology enterprises or major technology platforms within the Yangtze River Delta region, supported by universities and research institutes, and coordinated by various innovation entities. Guided by major scientific and technological innovation tasks, it carries out collaborative research on major frontier (key) industrial technologies, strengthens the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, cultivates and expands emerging industries, plans and builds future industries, and develops new quality productivity according to local conditions.
In the construction of the Yangtze River Delta Electrical Testing Equipment Innovation Consortium, Haoli undertakes the key R&D tasks of cooling technology for ATE complete machines and resource boards. To address the heat dissipation challenges of multi-chip integration, the team innovatively developed a multi-channel liquid cooling plate solution for circuit boards. Using thermal simulation technology to build a three-dimensional heat dissipation model combined with vacuum brazing technology for precise cold plate manufacturing, they successfully overcame the technical bottleneck of uniform cooling temperature for multiple chips on the same board. Tests have verified that this technology can precisely control the working temperature difference of hundreds of chips within ±0.75°C, breaking foreign technology monopolies and filling the domestic technical gap in related fields. In the future, Haoli will take this cooperation as a starting point, continue to deepen core technology research, fully promote the localization process of ATE testing equipment, and inject strong momentum into improving China's independent and controllable level of high-end testing equipment.
